I use Wifi on Demand at my apartment and pay for monthly passes. I have not been able to access the internet in two days. My apartment building refuses to take responsibility and deferred me to the Comcast store attached to this building. But they too said it wasn't their domain. The 866 customer service number was terrible.
I can only access wifi.xfinity.com. If I try to access my on demand account it just times out and won't let me see passes. The xfinitywifi network just shows no internet, open. I'm very reliant on this service and cannot work without it.
