Been waiting for supervisor to call for three days. I want the super triple play which I know is available from friends, this forum and my Comcast office. Yet I’m told it is not available. I am on hold waiting for customer service yet again, after 31minutes get dial tone! Called back and am waiting again. Wait time less then 5 minutes. Tried to do on line and message comes up you have to call and then freezes on that screen so I can even get back to main page. This is beyond frustrations and not a way to treat loyal customers!!!!!!!
