Amplifiers stolen from Neighborhood

My neighborhood is only 4 years old and apparently the amplifiers were stolen when it was being built and never put back in. Every time I try to get service, the area shows as serviceable but the technician that comes out cannot hook up service because the amplifiers are gone. How do we get this fixed as we are only able to use one cable provider out here?

Any technician that came out should have notified either the construction department or the maintenance department to pass on that information.
