In June of last year, I started receiving emails the our facility bulk account was going to expire on 11/21/17.
I never signed or saw any contract prior to or after that date.
Does Comcast automatically sign me up for another year?
I am now being told our contract expires 12/18.
How can this be??? am I being lied to?
