Agreement almost up -customer service at the store is horible.

Every year about this time I need to renew my agreement and every year it's a hassle at the Xfinity store. This time is no exception. I've been a customer for years under one account or another. I should get much better customer service than I do. I want service comparable to what I have now for the same or less than I pay now. I need a 1 year agreement. Internet and TV only.
