I have been receiving call from Comcast agents to try to sell me services I do not need, as soon as I told them I am not interested, they hung up on me. It has happened several times.
The ask is:
1. Not to call me and try to sell me services I do not need. If I need anything, I will call you.
2. Not to hang up on me just becase I do not need what you are trying to sell. I have been polite so the least you can do is be professional and polite.
