I purchased phone and internet and have received nothing, not even an indication as to whether my self-install kit has shipped. The chat bot directs me to chat with an agent, but that function is not available.
Can you please let me know when I can expect to have phone and internet, and whether I can speed things along by getting my own modem? Without internet, my family cannot work remotely, order groceries, etc. We are not supposed to leave the house.
