Advice needed - Ipad Delivered/Ipad missing from box

This is for my mother-in-law.  I talked her into getting an ipad for $120 through comcast and the box was delivered today by Fedex.  There was no wrapper on the ipad box and the ipad itself was missing. She's called comcast but keeps getting someone in the Phillipines who didn't even know there was an ipad deal going on.  Is there a good number to call to get this resolved?  Thanks

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums. A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
