I'm a Comcast customer and I'm moving to a new apartment. I'm trying to transfer service and get service established at this new place. The landlord is willing to pay for whatever it takes to install things. But every time I call customer service to get the process started, they say they can't help because the address doesn't exist in the system. I've been told twice that Comcast has started a ticket to get the address listed. But every time I call to get things going, I'm told again that the address doesn't exist. And then I can't get anything started. Is there a way to make sure someone really does get this going and puts in a ticket?
