Address Change/Service Cancellation

Hello, I've twice requested a change of address online effective July 10, 2018. I have not yet received a telephone call from Comcast to cancel service (my location is not eligible for Comcast service). I am now located at the new service address, and have in my possession all Comcast equipment for my previous service. Can you please provide guidance as to what steps I must take to cancel service. Thank you

The request you submitted was to transfer service there, and tells you to call the movers # if you haven't received a call within a short period. To cancel service, take in your equipment and cancel on spot.
