Is there any way possible to get around having to physically call Customer Service to add services to my account. I feel like eveytime I speak to someone they always try and upsell me things I don't want. When I try and do it online, I get the "Contact Us..." page and its frustrating. All I wish to have is an affordable internet service. Can someone please help me?
