Account randomly deactivated despite autopaid bill

Hi, I lost my service in the past week. I checked my account and tried every option but the most information I can get is the phrase "Your Xfinity services are currently disconnected." and its claimed that I requested disconnection... which I absolutely did not. I have bill autopay set up and my last payment was on the 26th as usual. I can't reach any representatives so I'm completely at a loss. I want an explanation and I want my service back!
