Account accessibility issues

I can't do anything even though I logged in. All I get are a bunch of infinite loading screens when I try to look at my bill or account details. I can't chat with an agent because it says I have an invalid account number. I've tried cleaning out my browser and using different ones as well as trying the phone app but that didn't work either.
