Account Activation/ No Confirmation Email for Modem Order
I placed an order on 8/13 for delayed shipping of a modem to my new apartment. I scheduled the modem to arrive next week (on 9/16) but I have still not received a confirmation email. Whenever I go to check my account on the xfinity website, I am still getting this message:
"Thanks for your purchase, ______
We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services."
How can I confirm whether or not my modem will ship? Did my order actually go through? I spoke with a Comcast representative via live chat and they said there was no account affiliated with my address, but when I went to place the order again the website told me I was a pre-existing customer and couldn't place the order.
