Account Activation Hung

Hello,

I tried to sign up for a new Xfinity internet service last Saturday.  I have been getting this message when I sign in to my accournt since then.

We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services.

 

I have also not received an email confirmation that someone is going to come out and set up my service. Could someone check this and let me know what is going on.
