Accidentally purchased a internet package.

Accidentally purchased a internet package.

So today I was browsing the internet deals on the Xfinity webpage just for curiosity and only check the total price and I closed the tab. I then check my bank account and notice I paid the deal. I didn't want this and is there a possibility to request a refund? Also O didn't use my account for purchase and what should I do?

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
