We just recently had a storm come through and a branch fell down and loosened a cable/wire that is connected from the powerlines to our home. It's dangeorusly low, just under 6' from the ground; I could walk into it with my face. I first called the power company thinking it may have been a power problem, but they assessed the wire and stated it was the "Cable TV" wire, so they can't fix it.
Well, we don't pay for Cable TV because we just have Xfinity. So after some research, I think the low-hanging cable could be our Xfinity wires. I would love for a technician to come out and assess the situation and re-tighten the wire if it does happen to be Xfinity.
