A supervisor will call you back today...2 weeks later still waiting
I attempted to upgrade my service by adding more channels so I could still watch discovery ID and that channel was listed on the 200+ plan, however it is no longer available on any plans. So I called and asked the representative to cancel the change of service since that was the only reason I was changing plans and put it back to what I originally had instead of having to pay approximately double. I was told they could no longer offer my previous plan so I asked to speak to a supervisor since their false advertisement of the channel on the package I ordered was not actually available and they refused to work for me to previous plan and now I’m receiving a bill for double the monthly amount. I was told a supervisor was currently unavailable but will get back to me that same business day yet here I am two weeks later and have not heard back from anybody.
