I switched from Verizon to Xfinity and upgrad d to triple play in February and was told I would receive $400 VISA in a few weeks. Fast forward to 3.5 months later and still no Visa! Complete run around! I have gone to the store, spoke to 2 agents on the phone who told me they put in a ticket for me to receive a call, emailed and still nothing! What a joke! I pay almost $300/mo! I can’t seem to get an answer from anyone. At least with Verizon they took care of their customers!
