4 service visits and still no fix in sight

I have had 4 tech's to my home with a 5th scheduled to be here tomorrow to "fix" my intermittent service issues with my TV and Internet. Every single one of them has said that the problem is not in my home and that they would have to get another tech out with a bucket truck to fix the problem. They all stated that would only take 2-3 business days and yet almost 2 months later I still cannot go more than 20 minutes without losing my service.

What does it take to get someone higher in the food chain to actually spend some time to fix this? I know, the techs that come here know that the problem is outside yet nobody is doing anything. Why do I have to spend hours telling your <Edited> tech support the same thing over and over again for them to just send a tech to tell me the same thing that the last one said and not actually do anything? You guys are REALLY good at taking my money every month even though you are not providing the service you are charging me for....

Here is just the last 10 minutes of logs from my modem telling me plain as day that there is a signal problem.

I am now on my 6th service visit and still no solution in sight. What does it take to get someone who cares around here?
