I'm unable to get a refund for the 30-day money-back guarantee.
My service started August 8 and I canceled September 6, which should be within that window.
The phone agent said my service started August 3rd, when I placed the order - even though the self-install kit didn't arrive until August 7.
Shouldn't it be for 30 days of actual TV service?
