I have been with comcast for 3 plus years and cancelled due to switching to att. I started a new 1 year plan on November 28th and was told I had a 30 day money back guarantee on my new plan so I called in to cancel today to get it cancelled and pay my last bill up untill november 28th when the new plan started. They are still making me pay for November 28th till today 12/17/17. Person on the phone told me it was a previous balance due but they ar charging me for all of november and December. Will never do business with comcast again. They are actually charging me for "Services from Dec 13, 2017 to Jan 12, 2018" so i am expected to pay for service I am not using I guess?
