I canceled my xfinity service in early May and returned the equipment within a few days. A month later, I received a $200 bill for "unreturned equipment". I still have the UPS shipping receipt and the tracking showed that it has been delivered.
I tried calling the 800 number multiple times and had no way to talk to a real person. I chat with an agent on June 12 for an hour online. He confirmed the delivery of the returned equipment and said that the charge would be removed. But as of today, the charge is still showing.
I have a confirmation for the June 12 call. And also the UPS return shipping confirmation. I need to talk to xfinity to dispute this charge.
