2 weeks later and I'm waiting on a call back from Xfinity's mistakes.
I've talked to 6 different people at Comast. The last one said that he had to talk to his supervisor to let him know that you guys messed up my bill. I haven't had service since October, yet I'm being charged for February - Present. I haven't lived in my apartment since October, which is when I cancelled the service but even today, the service is still not cancelled.
You have a $169 bill saying I owe for service I cancelled. 6 people told me they would take care of it. Now collections is calling me asking about the money. This is your fault. Can someone please call me, since apparently no one works in customer service that you can speak to on the phone so now I have to blast comcast on their forum page.
Please call me to resolve your problem with the bill.
A very angry ex-customer who will never use Comcast again and continue to write bad reviews and comments until someone has the deceny to call me back.
