2 questions- 1- Am I in queue to speak with an agent? 2- A tech setup my internet today...
I called the customer support line, was told there was a ~1 hr 30 mins wait to speak with an agent. Music played for a little when and then it went silent.
I also used the chat function, which led me to the chat with an agent feature. This triggered the note saying you're moving support teams work from home and thanking me for my patience. Am I in a queue to connect with an agent?
#2 A tech came to our home and set up our internet today. Our modem is showing the internet is not connecting. We have unplugged, waited 12 seconds and reconnected power to our modem countless times. What else do you need to do to allow our internet access to work?
