2 missed appointments

How can I get them to install my internet ?  They  do not even show up and keep rescheduling and never tell me why.  It's getting to the point.... I think they want my business.  Is there anyone I can talk to ??

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
