Hi, I am an X1 triple play customer. And when I try to add the plan to my account, I am getting an error. Kindly help me on this issue.

Hello rayask8, the only way to add the offer to the account is online. Have you tried using another browser to order the device? Do you get an error message when trying to add the equipment?
