why did my credit drop off?

I had a $29 or $ 25? dollar customer loyalty credit on my bill which has suddenly dropped off. Why? Was I disloyal? I have loyally paid my bill even though my monthly $199.00 bill has now risen to this final sky-high $ 289. Can someone please put my credit back. I can not pay this much.

Re: why did my credit drop off?

Sudden price increases usually signal the end of a promotional period, which can be written into a contract.  Have you lined up an old and new bill, and gone through them line by line to see where the increase comes in?  That should show you what happened.

Hey @sherryleigh

The info provided above is correct. However, I'd be more than happy to review your account and confirm. If this is the case and you are interested in being put into a new promotion that will help lower your rate, I can assist you with this as well.
