I had a $29 or $ 25? dollar customer loyalty credit on my bill which has suddenly dropped off. Why? Was I disloyal? I have loyally paid my bill even though my monthly $199.00 bill has now risen to this final sky-high $ 289. Can someone please put my credit back. I can not pay this much.
Sudden price increases usually signal the end of a promotional period, which can be written into a contract. Have you lined up an old and new bill, and gone through them line by line to see where the increase comes in? That should show you what happened.
