why are you attmpting to charge me just for email service. I was assured I would not be.

I moved and no longer have your full service. Trying to charge me for email service only as I transition to a free service is another reason I declined to use your full service and went to another TV, phone & internet service.

Hello Anon19316. You should not be charged to use our email service as grandfathered from having an account with us. I'd like to take a look into your email provisioning settings. Please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can access your account.
