On April 21, I pd my Comcast bill - pd $174.77 online - it has never posted on my bank stmt. The next month, I go to pay for May and see that I owe now for April and May - so I tried to pay online and got this msg - 'adobe flash player needs to be updated' - tried doing that twice, to no avail, so I couldn't pay online.
The next day I rec'd a letter in regular mail about my payment being late/past due, for April, and for what I now owed for May (total $353.07). Since I was having trouble paying online, I wrote a ck for $353.07 - ck #3802 - and mailed it the next day, May 9, 2018. This hasn't posted on my bank stmt either.
So where are my payments going and who is handling the billing dept? It's been almost 2 weeks since I sent that ck and the amt was due on 5/21/18. Have you all gotten the ck and deposited it yet? I can't watch anything at my Xfinity online acct like I used to under 'tv listings', but thankfully I'm still getting cable on my tv.
I hope this is straightened out soon, it's very frustrating. Please reply soon.
@ckgurley Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Team available to the Forums. A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
