I'm a 30+ year Comcast/Xfinity customer trying to resolve a $35 increase to my monthly bill. After a visit to an Xfinity store and 2 phone calls I received an offer via messenger to a HD Starter (vs my current HD Preferred XF) bundle. I declined the offer due to modifications I was not comfortable with, including a 2nd year of free DVR even though the contract said one year. The agent suggested I compare the offer to other offers to determine what is best for me.

When I tried to go back to the offer to compare it to other triple play offers I was unable to because the offer timed-out. I would like Xfinity to make the details of the offer available again so I can make proper comparisons to come to an effective conclusion.
