utility box

Hi,

Does anyone know if Xfinity has any written guidelines for landscaping around utility boxes?

As a common sense rule, if the box is in the easement if any work needs to be done in that area that will require digging, Comcast will make an effort to put the landscaping back, but you'd be wise to avoid landscaping around it, anyway.  Less damage and heartache all around.

As long as the techs have access when needed, you can do whatever you like with your landscaping.
