I cannot get into the link Xfinity sent me to opt out of marketing communications. Is there another way to get to customer preference center vs https://customer.infinity.com/#/users/me/notifications. That link does not exist. Do I have to call them?
Hello Hufnagle01, are you receiving these notification in your Comcast email or on through your app? Are these marketing communications being mailed to you?
