unauthorized charges on my bill- almost every month!

Comcast routinely adds services to my account and charges me for them that I have not authorized and, in some instances, never heard of! In the past 12 months, 10 months have unauthorized charges. I clearly need to scrutinize my bill more but how on earth does Comcast continually get away with this??

Don't give up..it'll make you crazy some days but keep pressing in. This has to stop!

This happened quite a bit to me in the past. The rumor (and I cannot verify this) is that Comcast lets trainees practice on active accounts, and sometimes the modifications they make to the account (for training) end up going live "accidentally." It's funny that this never seems to remove existing services, but always results in additional charges eh?
