Hello cgs3489, if you're using your primary username to access your account and manage plan options and get this error then the information that "nerdburg" shared is correct this is a known issue and we are working to get the problem resolved. In the meantime if you need assistance with managing your services please send me a private message with your full name, street address, and account number by clicking on my name (ComcastAmir) and then "private message me" and we can continue.
