trying to disconnect cable service

I called Friday to disconnect my service & whoever i was talking to said they could get me in a package for 69.99 for economy & preformance pro interent.  I was going to switch to that, however i was hung up on.  I called back today & now the prices have gone up.  Dont understand why I can't get the price i was quoted on Friday.  Looks like i will be disconnecting all of my comcast services due to this issue.
