transfer of services that did not occur

I spoke with one of your representatives last week. I informed them I was moving . they told me that a technician had to come to set up my services at my new residence. This WAS supposed to occur last Friday , September 15, 2017 between 10-12 noon. The technician did not come, nor was there a call to me to let me know why. I have had no service from September 13, 2017, no phone, internet or cable. I'm very disappointed. I want this resolved immediately.
