today went to 4104 Grafton St dublin california comcast store to return 3 equipment but scan only 2

my question is i have the model number

what can i do to get it return without being charge if the comcast store has it

I have the recipet for only the 2 thats scan but 1 more non dvr box need to be taken care of thanks!
