sales rep scamming

I called in and spoke with Charles to confirm amount, He gives me $100. After going forward tells me i need a credit check, and a $18 added internet service to make the internet 100 mbps. I look online its no credit check required and no extra fees for the internet. I guess this is why computers are taking over jobs, i feel scammed
