I was told when I called into cancel my account to take to any UPS store and they will pack it up and send it. I do not have a UPS store any where close to me.  We have UPS but it is not a store. Please send me return labels

Do you have a local Comcast store?  They can accept your returned equipment.

Please make sure my account is cancelled as of January 1, 2018. I called 12/15 and cancelled service.
