retention after bulk account terminated

I live in an HOA and our bulk account is being terminated after 10 years. I have an account number but all payments are made through the HOA so I never had a bill to pay. Our community has both Comcast and AT&T fiber optic services and there are 100 people who will transition to one of those in a month. I would like to contact someone who is able to access my account, our bulk account and then discuss what retention offer can be made. Thank you. jeff6570

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.
