rates changed?!?! possibly canceling...

Hello,

My rates have changed recently. I can not afford the new package. I was trying to not become a "cord cutter" - can someone please look into my account to inform me of any new packages? The last time I called and spoke to someone I had the rudest person I have ever dealt with in customer service - therefore, I would like my question answered here.
