"Complete Your Order" Email

I just ordered Xfinity yesterday, and had no trouble, but never had to put in payment information. I checked the Billing and Payment tab under My Account, but there is no bill available yet. I just received an email saying that I have items in my cart that I didn't proceed to checkout, but my cart shows as empty. My account shows no indication that I didn't completely set up everything, but this email worries me. How do I find out that everything processed properly?
