"Bad" UPS Return Labels...

So, CC keeps sending us new modems, which we did not request.  Is this a scam to force us into some over-priced "service" we neither want nor need down the road sometime??


And, when we tried to return our old box, which we used for years until we were forced to change to our PRESENT box, UPS would not accept the parcel for shipment because the labels were so poorly printed, UPS couldn't scan them!  So, of course, WE had to pay the return shipping charge at the Post Office.  They laughed at the post office because they said they were getting so many of those Comcast packages to mail back.  Nice scam, Comcast...

Hello scottw1. I can assist with researching your account for the modems you are being shipped. I apologize about the UPS label issue you are experiencing, UPS should be able to generate a new label for you.
