question about billing change

Why is the bundled package on my account 82.95 on the Oct 27 2017 bill and $85.95 on the Dec 27 2017 bill? I did not change my services and I was not informed about a rate change.


If there were any rate changes between my Oct and Dec bills, please itemize them one by one with amount.
