property damaged during installation of cable

during installation of cable the installer cut the water supply line to my sprinkler system. The county brought this to my attention saying I must have a leak

because the water usage was too high for me. this supply line was in the area trenched to bury cable.

I feel Comcast should repair this at no cost to me!

Hi @pegpenn

Thank you for visiting the forums. You'll want to have that professionally repaired. Make sure the invoice for the repair indicates what caused the damage.

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you get your damage claim started. You should expect a reply in this thread.
