promised discount

i just renewed my contract with Comast for another 2 years, 

i have been a Comcast customer since 1989.

After i renewed through the Loyalty Customer Service rep for internet, tv cable with DVR and home landline phone for $193.71 per month i was promised the $10 discount if i signed up for Ecobill and auto pay.

While i was still on the phone with the loyalty customer service rep i checked my account and i tld her i had my account set up for Ecobill and for autopay.

She said "Great! you will get the $10 discount applied to your bill when you get your first bill.

I just got my first bill and it is still at the $193.71 and not the $183.71 as promised.

please fix my account so i get the $10 monthly discount as i was told i would get.
