problem with my service

Hello I’ve decided to write this letter as a last ditch effort before dumping Comcast altogether note I’ve only had service for less than 30 days and for some reason everything just keeps getting messed up ..when i signed up i was told my bill was going to be 117$ a month and 2 weeks later i looked online and it said 425$ so i called in and it was an error an extra package got added on my account ( so i was told ) then the problem was resolved so i thought then  i call because half of my channels was not working and i was told my package has changed again i said no i haven’t changed anything since the day i signed up. the person argued with me about this matted and i hang the phone up i wake up the next morning and None of my channels was working at all so i call again and the person states that i have No package at all and that someone took everything off my account and that i will not be able to get the same package i was promised when signing up the last person i spoke to was nice about the problem and tried to help me best she could but she could not give me the same package … if i could just get the promo deal i signed up for i will keep my Comcast service but if not i would like a refund as stated in the guarantee
