My rates were raised again a couple of months ago. I now pay nearly $300 per month for tv, internet, and phone. My wifi connection is spotty, so I now pay for unlimited data on all our cell phones. I already have the fastest speed supposedly and I can get a new router if I drive an hour to pick it up or pay for you to ship it. You offer all these great deals to new customers but tell your loyal customers of almost 20 years to bend over and take it...I recently purchased a Roku and am loving it. Our neighbors use a Roku box for internet through AT&T and love it. My husband didn’t want to switch but is now willing to consider it. What offers do you have that will be acceptable so we will stay, and show that you value existing customers. Otherwise I’m going to streaming or satellite for all TVs.
